一、因應疫情持續延燒,本校遠距教學實施至學期末(期末考截止日6/25)。

二、暑修課程因應疫情發展而定。

1.      Considering the spread of the pandemic, remote learning will continue until the end of the semester (final exams due on June 25th).

2.      Whether remote learning applies to courses during the summer semester will depend on the development of the pandemic.

期末考及研究生口試彈性調整措施

Alternative Measures for the Final Exam and Master Oral Defense

配合遠距教學期間延長,本校期末考及研究生口試採彈性調整方式辦理,原則如下:

一、期末考:不得提前辦理,請依照課綱所定期程進行,彈性調整方式如下:

1.      期末考試(含會考)取消實體測驗。

2.      由教師自行安排考試,改採線上測驗,報告或其他非進入教室實體測驗方式進行,並請以彈性、公平之評量方式為之。

3.      已經產生之平時成績以及期中考試成績之配分比例請勿調降。

4.      期末考評分比例可彈性調整至其他評分項目。

二、研究生究生口試:

以線上(Teams)視訊方式同步與學位口試委員進行,並請保存錄影檔3年備查。

Due to the extension of remote learning, all final exams and master oral defenses will take place tentatively on the following rules of thumb.

1.      Final Exams: the final exams should not take place in advance. Please proceed with the schedule described in the syllabus. Refer to the alternative measures below:

(1)   All physical exams including the general exams are cancelled.

(2)   Instructors may arrange exams on their own. Online exams, reports, or any other non-physical ways outside the classrooms are allowed. Please evaluate equally.

(3)   Please do not decrease the percentage of the general and mid-term grades that are already generated.

(4)   Percentage for the final exams must remain flexible and may be adjusted to the other items.

2.      Master Oral Defense:

The master oral defense will proceed synchronously with the oral defense interviewer(s) through TEAMS, in which the record must be documented for three years.

一、 5/21起,場域使用及服務異動:

1.      圖書館:關閉全部閱覽區域,8:00-17:00僅開放1F流通櫃台辦理「取件及繳交」業務,同一時間限制至多3人入館。

2.      藝術中心:9:00-18:00同一時間限制至多3人進入展場。

3.      進入以上場域時,需全程配戴口罩並保持1.5公尺以上社交距離。

1.      Starting from May 21st, the place usage and service changes:

(1)   Library: All reading and exhibition areas are closed. Only circulation affairs are open at the circulation counter of the 1st floor during 8:00-17:00. A maximum of three people may enter at the same time during this period.

(2)   Art Center: A maximum of three people may enter the exhibition hall at the same time from 9:00-18:00.

(3)   While entering the above venues, one should wear a mask at all time and keep a 1.5 meters’ social distance.

2.      Services such as circulation for collections, doctoral and master thesis submission, online reference services / workshops and so on are available.

自我防護

Self-Protection

因應全國已進入第三級防疫警戒,建議全校教職員及學生避免不必要之移動,如最近和確診者足跡重疊且空間、時間一致者,請配合以下措施:

一、必須須落實【自我健康監測】-每日自主監測體溫14天。

二、若出現任何疑似症狀,請佩戴口罩且避免搭乘大衆運輸工具,前往社區採檢站進行檢測。

In response to the level 3 pandemic prevention alert introduced nationwide, all faculty and staff are advised against unnecessary movement. Those who have been to places overlapped by the track of confirmed patients concurrently, please comply with the following measures:

1.      Implement self-health monitoring—check temperature on their own daily for 14 days.

2.      As soon as any suspected symptom emerges, wear a mask and avoid taking any public transportation. Proceed to the inspection station in your neighboring community.

校外實習

Internship Outside the Campus

配合110519日教育部通報(大專校院因應疫情停止到校上課配套措施補充說明),即日起109(2)修習企業實習(三)課程之學生,若因疫情因素影響實習時數者,原則改採遠端實習或其他替代方案辦理,且採450小時做為學分認列基準;暑期校外實習則暫緩辦理。

In accordance to the notice from the Ministry of Education on May 19th, 2021(The additional instructions for alternative measures in light of the cease-to-be physical classes due to the pandemic), as of today, all students taking Enterprise Internship III may take remote internship or other alternative measures. The internship credits will be acquired upon fulfilling 450 internship hours. The off-campus internship during the summer is put on hold temporarily.
