與確診者足跡時間重疊之注意事項

Precautions for Overlapping Footprint with a Confirmed Case.

一、依據台中市政府110525日公布之確診者公共場域足跡,其中有數處地點在本校附近。

二、若本校師生同日有與上述足跡重疊,請務必每日確實登錄自我體溫監測管理系統(進入E校園服務網à類系統功能à學務à自我體溫監測管理系統)直到與足跡重疊日起算14天內,若察覺身體不適者,請通知諮商暨健康中心、或校安中心(0921382470)並於必要時,可就近至篩檢站篩檢。

三、此疫情嚴峻時期,務請落實三級防疫,勤洗手、保持社交距離、勿至人潮密集處、不與他人共餐,外出務必全程佩戴口罩。

 

A.  According to the public footprints of the confirmed cases announced by the Taichung City Hall on May 25th, 2021, several of which have overlapped in the nearby areas. (please see the attached file)

B.  Please make sure that you have logged in daily the Self-health Management System if you have overlapped with the footprints mentioned above.( E-campusàAll E-campus services àStudent AffairsàSelf-health Management System). Maintain the self-monitor for 14 days starting from the day overlapping with the case. If you notice any discomfort, please contact Counseling and Health Center or contact Campus Security Report Center via 0921382470. If necessary, proceed to the nearby inspection station for inspection.

C.  During the intense period of the pandemic, please carry out the level 3 pandemic prevention measures. Wash your hands, keep social distancing, avoid crowded areas, prevent eating with others, and wear a mask at all times.

分流遠距上班

AB Split Operation and Work- from-Home Policy

一、分流遠距上班期間,視同正式上班,請各單位同仁,務必將辦公室分機設定跟隨,以利業務聯繫,且仍須依班表每日完成上下班簽到退(遠距打卡)

二、跟隨方式如下:

1.      除了使用即時通訊軟體Line以外,為節省通訊費用及方便兩組人員聯絡,使用中華電信門號之同仁,請多利用中華電信MVPN行動群組電話服務,申請表格如附件,已申請過者不必重覆申請(若不確定請洽資訊處分機11735) 

2.     非中華電信門號者,請開通校園網路電話服務。詳細設定步驟請參考:

3.    為因應遠距視訊會議之可能,可於行動裝置安裝Microsoft Team軟體。請參考:

三、人事室將不定期電話聯繫與關心分流遠距上班情形。

 

A.    The duration of the AB split operation is seemed as regular working time. All faculty and staff are required to forward their calls to the cellular phones properly for a smooth correspondence.

Everyone should faithfully fullfill their daily clock-in and clock-out duty with their assigned shifts. (remotely)

B.     Instructions to setting up the forwarding calls:

1.    In order to save the communication fees and make it easier to contact other than using the Line messenger, faculty and staff who use Chunghwa Telecom may apply MVPN mobile group service. Application documents are enclosed. Those who have applied would not need to apply again. (If in doubt, call Office of Information Technology Services via ext. 11735.)

2.    Non-Chunghwa customers please active the campus internet phone service. Refer to detailed instructions for setup via the link:

3.      In response to the possibility of having a remote meeting, you may install Mircrosoft Teams in your moble device. Please refer to the links:

C.   The Office of Personnel will give you a random call to see through the work-from-home policy.
